For The Mamas (or anyone with a tight upper back and shoulders)

Yawn, sigh and stretch things out. While predominantly focused on the upper back and shoulders, this class also makes a tiny bit of space for some hip opening; and ends with a simple yet grounding breathing exercise. A great reset after a few tough nights, and good medicine for ANYONE needing to come back to their breath and their body.
