Pre-Natal Yoga can help you feel more comfortable throughout pregnancy, and confident during labour. It will facilitate a connection to your body, your breath and your baby during a time of incredible change.

Pre-Natal Yoga classes are an introduction for birthing people to the rhythm & rituals that help support labour. They include hard work as well as relaxation, and prepare not only the body, but the mind and the breath, for the physical and emotional changes during pregnancy and labour.

Pre-Recorded Prenatal Yoga Series | 4 classes for $60 +hst

This series was created to support pregnant people as they nurture their instinct to listen to their body. Postures to help release tension balance out strength work in every class, and themes of effort and ease weave through each practice. Classes are made available via private links on Youtube, and are yours to stream indefinitely.

Private and group prenatal yoga classes, in person or virtually.

Gather a small group of friends or treat yourself to some solo self-care. Pricing begins at $95 +hst per session, and is based on length of time, location, and group size.

To help accommodate unique financial situations, I reserve 25% of my spots for sliding scale rates. I offer additional scholarships for those who identify as being a part of BIPOC communities. Contact me.


Small Group In-Person Prenatal Yoga Series

60 minutes of movement that will include strength work, targeted stretching, time to rest, as well as posture variations. After class we’ll circle up for 30 minutes to share (if you want) what has been coming up for you throughout your pregnancy. 4 students maximum.

No current dates | $120 +hst for the series. Drop-ins available (space permitting), at the rate of $35/class +hst.
