Prenatally my work is to empower you with information to help you express your birth wishes, and share resources to help inform you of your options. As a Doula, I offer steadfast support throughout labour and birth, by suggesting comfort measures, offering emotional support, and upholding a calm and safe space.

Birth Mapping

If you’d like guidance while considering your birthing options, but aren’t inclined to use full doula services; a birth mapping session could be the support you’re looking for.

Together we’ll discuss the facts, your preferences, various situations and their meanings; and assemble comprehensive birth principles you can use throughout your labour.

All birth wishes are good birth wishes. Informed choices help ensure the birth will be empowering.

A one time fee of $250 +hst, which can be credited towards a future birth doula package if desired.

Birth Doula

A doula is a labour companion. She is trained professionally to offer non-medical care and support, to pregnant people and their families before, during and after birth.

Individuals who use a birth doula are more likely to experience shorter labours, and to describe their childbirth experience positively. Various packages are available.

I support all birth preferences, whether natural or medicated, in home or hospital, vaginal or cesarean.

Packages start at $1,200 +hst, with additional ‘à la carte’ options for those seeking more support.

To help accommodate unique financial situations, I reserve 25% of my spots for sliding scale rates.
I offer additional scholarships for those who identify as being a part of BIPOC communities. Contact me.
