Union Yoga & Wellness

Flow + Yin is enjoyable and beneficial for everyone with healthy mobility. Slow down and link flowing from each posture to the next with grace & deep breathing, then find stillness with Yin Yoga.

FLOW – Flow intentionally from one posture to the next with slow and steady breath. Expect an original sequence each class, designed to activate your body's natural intelligence.

YIN – Transition to postures anchored on the floor, held for between 2 and 5 minutes, to yield to the body’s needs and explore its interior landscape.

PRENATAL SUPPORT – If desired, I will help you fine-tune the entry & exit of different postures, incorporate props, and suggest variations; so you can skillfully and safely enjoy a wide range of movement as your body changes.
